Could really use some 'dedicated' Hyatt Property threads as I would not normally make this as its own post (instead simply update the existing Hyatt Regency Perth post).

I don't believe AFF is big enough to support individual property review threads. Even the "How do [sic] Hilton treat you as an elite?" thread is intended, as least by its title, to not be a review thread.

A general review thread for each chain, on the other hand, I would support.

Even this thread would perhaps have been better focused on the category changes overall, rather than a specific property's change.
