I’m one of these unfortunates who have fallen foul of Qantas re ticketing issues and lost several flights from an OWA U redemption.
If I were a Gold member of AFF is there any way you can put me in contact with someone in Qantas reservations who actually knows what they are doing?
I’ve literally made hundreds of calls to Qantas over the last 3 weeks sent hundreds of emails and even pleaded on voice messages to certain executive service numbers to try and get a call from someone who can do something but to no avail.
So just saying if this was a service AFF offered I would be paid up ASAP!
