To give a bit of background I recalled seeing something on this forum about an economy domestic flight following an international business flight that meant you could still access lounges to freshen up after the long haul. I saw on a different website that people had a few issues getting this acknowledged at the domestic lounge. Had a look around the BA website and couldnt see anything to spell it out one way or another.

Now I assume the people in this forum have more experience travelling than the people who work at BA so I just wanted to find something on their site or confirmation from them to print out and take with me to save any arguments, however, contacted their support, the result:

Your assumption is correct and BA are wrong.
You will have access to the BA Business Class lounges at T5 prior to the departure of the NCL flight.

They are only partially right.

They haven’t included your OW lounge rules which allow you to access the lounge based on your incoming long haul flight, connecting to a domestic flight.

The rules you need are on the oneworld lounge page, but you won’t need them… lounge staff are across the rules. (more so than the twitter team or customer service team)

Have to agree with Fiona, guy didnt address the question at all, is wrong and if i didnt have another wonderful resource like this forum i would think i had no leg to stand on.
