They've found a way to make ordering a coffee even more complex. Instead of asking a person for a cappuccino you line up for a kiosk, battle a user interface experience that is not well thought out. And less hygienic, and producing more paper. I guess that's progress.

Then on my flight they don't serve the mini-chocolate with business class meals anymore, they didn't offer a pre-departure drink (it was morning, but a water would have been nice).

So all up, not my best experience.

Signed, grumpy old man.

Admittedly when they initially had two self-serve kiosks running this was much quicker than the current situation of only one kiosk working.
Having said that, this beats the hell out of the prior AM peak hour shermozzle of two people working the coffee machines and one of them stopping every 4-5 minutes to take 5-6 orders and then they make them. They really needed three people at peak times but I don't think they've been resourced right to have that available.
