Hi All, i am after some Virgin help PLEASE.
i am a Gold FF member and i have done the stupid thing, and booked a return flight on the wrong day, booked monday, not saturday. (this weekend coming) they are saver lite fairs. booked the correct flight date for my 12yo son, but stuffed up mine and 11 yo daughters.
Spoken to phone team, but got no where, is there anyone that can give a little love this direction and help me out here. tickets are all still same price. just a change of date, simple stupid mistake, but when dealing with a death in family (reason for flying) i guess its easily done. thanks for any help ,, cheers Mark

Send a PM to the Velocity Rep ASAP.
Also call back the Gold priority line and explain your situation again, as you may get a better answer.
If the fares are still available and the same cost then there should hopefully be an allowance made for the stressful circumstances and allow you to re-book.

Platinum line fixed this for me the other week when I booked flight for the wrong week. Only realized the next day when my calendar said I was returning the next from a trip I hasn't started. No issues.

I have made mistakes when booking online and VA have fixed it.. I do call quite quickly, normally within 24hrs of making the online booking and it gets fixed..
