Hi All, i am after some Virgin help PLEASE.
i am a Gold FF member and i have done the stupid thing, and booked a return flight on the wrong day, booked monday, not saturday. (this weekend coming) they are saver lite fairs. booked the correct flight date for my 12yo son, but stuffed up mine and 11 yo daughters.
Spoken to phone team, but got no where, is there anyone that can give a little love this direction and help me out here. tickets are all still same price. just a change of date, simple stupid mistake, but when dealing with a death in family (reason for flying) i guess its easily done. thanks for any help ,, cheers Mark
did this get fixed? i always find virgin pretty inflexible.
