On the Accor website they are advertising this sale for the UK

I have searched a few hotels in the UK for my trip there in October and can't find a single Ibis hotel with free breakfast on this rate - they all state breakfast is not included. Has anyone else had any success or is this just a case of the sale being advertised but the rate inclusions at the hotels not being updated properly?
