Thought I would post a few (phone) photos of the suite I had last night in Melbourne, the IC has only a few and they are all a little different.
Unlike the Sydney IC the Melbourne IC prefers to upgrade Ambassadors and Royal Ambassadors to suites without club access, I booked the lowest type of room as an Ambassador (my RA renewal ran into a hiccup ) and was upgraded to their courtyard suite which is exactly the same room I had last stay! Being located at the top of the old building its very quiet as far as hotel noise goes, most of the suites actually front Collins St so while you wont get the noise of the drunks crawling down the hotel corridor, the odd tram can be heard but its not loud. As the club is very average in Melbourne, the suites are a nice upgrade, although I cannot stand their entertainment system with its channel lag!
Entrance
Living Area (please ignore the mess LOL)
Bedroom
And now the best bit, the shower (it takes around 5 minutes to work out how to drive but its worth it)!
And the rest of the bathroom
