IHG/HH on Platinum not appearing

Hi all,

Just made Velocity Platinum and it’s now reflected in my account. I can see all the Velocity related benefits on my benefits page (upgrades, lounge invites, etc.) but I can’t see anywhere to claim the IHG/HH status upgrade or Hertz/Euro car status upgrade either.

Do these take more time to appear or is there another place to find them on my account page? 🙏🏻

Aside from that, are the historical claims of the upgrades taking 6 weeks - 3 months to process still accurate?

Go to the desktop page. Under your account there should be "my benefits". Your IHG and Hertz offer should be there.

Yeah I was looking there on my desktop, but only can see options for Complimentary business upgrades and lounge passes, despite it saying “Your Platinum Benefits”.

Showing for me after getting back to Gold almost 2 wks ago (but previously used). I hadn’t bothered to look until now.
