Received Premium king, pool view, top floor
Chose points as the lounge was still open when we arrived.
Has separate shower and large bath. Shower only is my deal breaker. Mobility and balance issues make showers dangerous places.
Lounge staff are great. We checked in and out in the lounge. There was a line nearly out the door when we arrived in the lobby.
Much better when the lounge manager says just give me the passports and I will do the paperwork out here whilst you go inside and get something to eat and drink. We had arrived just 15 minutes before evening service was to close.
