IHG Qualifying nights

I can't seem to find much information regarding "IHG rewards club advance rate" rooms

Can anyone confirm if this room rate is supposed to count towards qualifying nights and receive points etc?

There was been an IT glitch at IHGin the last couple of days which has been posting qualifying stays as non qualifying. In my case it corrected it self within 24 hours .

Now they want me to send them a copy of the tax invoice EVEN THOUGH you can click through the account and see it on THEIR site on my account, SURELY THEY can do the same. Put up hurdles so people give up.
I have had to chase points on my last 3 IHG stays there is something basically wrong at the core...Do others check their points or am I just paranoid ?

Yep on multiple occasions I have been short changed. They always end up rectifying it but it takes a while.
