Thanks @SYD I called IHG third party bookings are not eligible for any status recognition which is quite frustratingHotel bookings through bricks and mortar TAs, usually qualify for stays (points and benefits).
Try putting the booking reference into the IHG website to see if they recognises it and link it to your IHG number.

Ah, then it’s possible it was booked via its own in-house or another accommodation consolidator, and therefore the booking isn’t eligible for IHG bennies.No I don't pay at property it's all paid thru FC
