Indeed, so if you have onlu just started and dont have a tax return you may find this difficult!

If you don't have a long enough trading history and can't get a credit card yet, loading $$ onto your velocity card global wallet and spending through the prepaid visa will get you 0.5 pt/$ is Aus and 1 pt/$ overseas, which is better than nothing I suppose.
