Welcome. As you are based in Melbourne, there are a couple of options at your disposal. Flying to the Gold Coast and back via Sydney will net you 80 SCs in flexible economy or 160 in Business and isn't as expensive as many other routes. Do this 2 or 4 times and you'll get to 320.

Flying to New Zealand is another option. 80 SCs in Business class each way to Auckland, or 120 in First. First class from AKL-MEL currently costs NZD899 one-way.

I would personally use a combination of both.

These aren't especially cheap but will get you there if you really want those status credits. The best status runs are actually in the United States - except that you have to get there first.
