I flew a bunch of Malaysia Airlines flights last month and they didn't credit to my QF account. When I tried to claim these online, I found that most of the intra Malaysia airports do not exit in the dropdown menu. I emailed them my ticket copy and boarding passes but the thing is apparently they no longer reply to emails. Has QF customer service become as pathetic as this? If it can't be done online, it can't be done at all? This airline has become a total disgrace and truly 3rd world!
