Inaccurate credit of points

Last week I noticed that I seemed to have been credited a low number of points for a flight. It stood out as it was only a couple hundred base points whereas the ticket was a Flexi and the "return flight" which was a saver ticket had over a thousand base points.
I emailed Gold customer service and they replied back acknowledging the error and adjusted.

I've just logged into the other half's Velocity account and with a random flight the same has happened recently.

I'd recommend logging in and having a quick check as I thought my issue was a "one off", but it doesn't seem to be the case.
