Increase in Avios needed for partner short-haul awards?

LoyaltyLobby has published an article which claims British Airways has just increased the number of Avios required to book short-haul awards on partner airlines - British Airways Changes Avios Required For Select Partner Awards Effective Immediately

However, when I just did a few quick searches on the BA website for QF domestic flights, the old (lower) pricing still seems to apply.

Does anyone know what's going on?

I think that it only applies to CX and JL awards.
MH and QF remain unchanged.
