Depends on when you arrive and how long you have. If you have anything more than 8h I'd go into the main city. Its 20min drive oRequire one night in Singapore to connect between international flights. Without too much hassel and cost.. looking for a hotel recommendation near airport?
Singapore is the one airport and location where I actively tell people to go landside if time allows. Its seemless (literally less than 10 minutes to transition airside to landside both directions) and there's so much to do even at the airport landside. How long between flights … and have you looked into the cost of the air-side hotel so you don’t need to spend potentially a total of hours getting out & back in again?
Which terminal?^ Took us 1.5hrs to get landside at Changi, only done it once so assumed that was normal!
If the hotels in the terminals (see posts above) are full or too pricey, you might consider the Grand Mercure Roxy. it’s half the distance from going all the way into town and it’s not that expensive and it’s a relatively good 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Pretty quick and easy to get to by taxi as well.Require one night in Singapore to connect between international flights. If just yourself or with +1, there are plenty of Ibis Budget hotels sprinkled around SIN. I’ve not checked which ones are close to the metro but I’m sure there are several.Require one night in Singapore to connect between international flights.
