Does anyone know if it's possible to find actual check-in times for international flights (specifically the current trans tasman services)?
I understand there is this page but it oddly makes mention of International services at "Australian international airports" only:
Recently in Brisbane check-in has been closing around 1 hour prior to departure however over the weekend I asked in Christchurch and they said it shuts 45 minutes prior to departure which makes me think there no method to the madness. Domestic has a very clear cut off which is why I've always been confused about the lack of details for international flights.
Perhaps Christrhuch is an exception as before covid Air NZ had the unpublished rule that as long as boarding hasn't commenced then check-in was still open.
