Hi,

Stumbled across this website a few days ago and have been immersed in the threads ever since...

I haven never travelled business class... only flown about 10 times before. and have joined QFF since reading the thread. I also have a Westpac Altitude Plat Card

My last flight was to Bangkok on Thai Airways in Economy..... the 10 hour plus flight was terribly uncomfortable.. good service though.

Since that flight I vowed that next overseas trip will be in Business.

getting back to the point of this message.. I notice a lot of you are Big flyers.

What is your business Job ???? as I might change industry hehehe :)

I'm currently a Construction Supervisor so no real call to travel.

Uni student... only get to travel during holidays.
In my final semester of an Arts/Law degree but have just managed to delay reality by getting accepted into political science Honours...:D OTOH am starting to realise that Honours doesn't leave much free time for traveling...:-| So glad to delay the job hunting efforts for another year though. Meanwhile I'd be scrutinising this thread for some ideas. ;)

I was on a hunt for those threads, but none of the search terms I used were throwing them up....

Hope you enjoy reading them!

By the way, all the travel is pretty hard - think carefully before taking the red pill...:-|

Mr!

I have a national role looking after a few ebusiness applications in the fin.services industry, a fair bit of travel is involved - but due to company policy, all domestic travel is in Y (including Perth and NZ!) - thank god for points upgrades!

Anyway, choose your company wisely - you will find that a large number of corporates have a domestic Y travel policy.

On another note, reason for why I do J for leisure travel is because I have a husband who is a CEO and he has points coming out of his a$s! ;)

I am an IT developer/consultant. No chance of travel in my current role but I make up for it as I live in Sydney and work in Brisbane....
