Introduction

Good morning all,

I would like to introduce myself to the forum, I am a regular traveller who also works in the travel industry. I have worked for leisure travel companies, airlines and corporate travel companies and have worked in Operations, Management, Account Management and sales roles. My purpose for joining the forum is to offer an insight from the industry and also hopefully answer some unanswered questions, I hope to provide some solutions to problems and enhance others experiences. I am not here to solicit the company work for and I am not here to make comments about the business practices of other travel companies either so will not make comments but should hopefully offer avenues for solutions.

I am also a frequent traveller, originating from the other side of the globe and working for companies generally situated outside my city of origin I travel regularly domestically and less often Internationally.

Please feel free to ask any questions and will be happy to assist wherever I can.
