Grrr. Ready to make an award booking. I'm hoping this isn't hack number 3. (Optus, credit card for $9000 and ????).

Cannot log in. Cannot change pin. When I call I give my number I don't get asked for pin. I'm on my second call. I'm not getting anywhere. Two offsite calls.
 
I tried to log in about an hour ago on desktop, and couldn't. Still can't now. iPhone app appears to be Ok though.

Edit that.....after a few minutes thinking about it, the desktop finally logged in.
 
Yeah, I was trying to check something this morning and gave up. Saw this thread just now and remembered to go back - still some points MIA…

Edit: the points MIA haven’t arrived (as opposed to going MIA…).

Clearly a random behind the scenes Qantas enhancement. It was gold that the Qantas operator couldn't log in to her account either. 🤭
 
Having the same issue, thought it was people overloading the system trying to get triple points on wine :)
 
I had an issue with the app approx 8:30am.

Tried clearing cache, but still did not work and I ended up clearing all data and logging on from scratch. It then worked.
 
I cleared my cache etc and logged in. I was shopping some wine and wanted to check my last order (not yet delivered) but nothing was showing. Looked up the confirmation email and tried using the Aramex tracking number but it didn't work. So I rang Qantas Wine and there was an automated message while I was briefly on hold saying that they were currently experiencing technical difficulties. I went through to the agent and answered security questions for her to access my account but she was blocked out. She said I'd need to email in my ID, utility bills etc to prove who I was. I said no thanks and hung up. I seem to be all logged in now but still nothing showing in my wine account. Points and other shopping history is all correct.

I think it's time to go mow the lawn...

Neither phone or desktop working with FF account, Qantas money or Wellbeing app. They had a planned outage for Wellbeing overnight but all now not working for me today 🤨
