Hi all,

Does anyone have experience dealing with an online travel agent called Flight Network ?

I found them through Sky Scanner & they are offering some great deals on J flights to Europe next year. However the flights are using a mix of airlines at greatly reduced prices & a Google search reveals a lot of complaints about them.

I'm not comfortable booking with a Canadian company I've never heard of before.

If you've had any dealings with them - good or bad - and would to share that would be great.

Thanks in advance

Mrs B and I used them a couple of times when we lived in Vancouver without major issue with North American flights, however last time we used them for some European flights I was unaware that our Moscow to Prague flight via Minsk would require us to not only disembark but clear immigration. As we had no Belarussian visas it became a minor problem. Thankfully when we were able to prove that we were boarding a plane in 45 mins they let us out to let us back in.

Not sure if would have made any difference had we booked with an agent. Maybe they would have let us know. The paperwork received from flight network certainly didn't indicate it.
