Is it possible to book LM award for others using your miles?

Hi Guys,

As the title asks:

A couple I know are going to Europe in J using USDM on there honeymoon but they do
not have enough miles to book a separate award in coach from SIN/BKK to MLE.

So as I am well stocked in miles could I book them 2 seats using my miles? Obviously I
wont be going so the 2 named passengers would not be the account holder.

Thoughts would be appreciated if this would be legal/allowed.

Yes, no issues at all as I did this a few weeks ago.

Absolutely. They can barely maintain a functioning website - I think their audit team would be fairly light on numbers.
