Is there any qantas debit card ? For foreigners ?

I live overseas but very loyal to QANTAS. I travel every month on international flights in Y or J and i want to know if there is a debit card (credit card not available for foreigners in Australia) linked to QANTAS ?

No debit cards in Australia to my knowledge provide any sort of rewards, let along QFF points.

Some credit cards are available to foreigners who meet certain criteria, however you would need to be a resident in Australia.
