Hi
For a while now I have been getting the following error from teh QF site when I click on the flight number to see teh aircraft type:

We had difficulty finding the flight information as requested. Please modify your query and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us for further information. (10300)

Anyone having the same problem?

Is this with the timetable (Plan - Timetable - Search Qantas Timetable) or your bookings (Qantas.com - Your Booking)?

It works fine for me with the former; however with my bookings I get an error with some but not with others.

I get:

Your confirmation request could not be processed because the system is already processing a request from you. If you were trying to confirm a booking, please review your trip list to check whether your trip has been confirmed. (3002)

Those I get the error with include a booking made for two passengers and another where I cancelled and re-booked using the 'credit'.

Yup. I see the same issue (been happening for a number of weeks). A/C types have suddenly become unavailable, but they show up in the CMT/VT records.

I just put it down to another bug with the website "upgrade".

FWIW, this was under "Your Bookings" when actually clicking on "QFxx_" and the popup window that usually appears with flight/meal etc displays the error.

I'm in exactly the same boat.

This also happened about three weeks ago, but it was only for one day, then it went back to normal.

It's either an error, or a sneaky way for QF to change a heap of things at one time and play with all the combinations before publishing the end result. Or maybe I'm just cynical. :P

I've had problems along these lines in recent days, though last time I tried yesterday I got the info ok in the popup box.

*Edit: Just tried again (in "My Bookings") out of curiosity and got:

Frequent Flyer - Temporarily Unavailable

The Qantas Frequent Flyer service is currently unavailable due to maintenance.
Try again later or contact us on 13 11 31 (in Australia), elsewhere contact your local Qantas office.

No... but I have exactly the same problem od always typing "teh" instead of the when I'm typing a bit fast..

;)

Glad I'm not "teh" only one who does it!!!!

"od" indeed....... Well.. you have to know me!!!

I have been having quite a few problems with the QF site in the last 2 weeks but mainly with searches-often if I go back to a search I get stupid results such as DPO-nothing found that matches,or this page is unavailable.Very annoying.

Not sure if this is On Topic or Off Topic.

The QF web site currently shows that the earliest trip out of LAX or SFO to anywhere is Oz is Oct 15th. Is it normal that you must book a month ahead ex USA:?:

Looking ok here:

That was from the US site, not the AU site.

I had a new one tonight. Did a multi-trip booking. Went search for fares and received this:

We are having difficulties with one or more of the frequent flyer numbers that you have entered due to a mismatch between the frequent flyer name and number. Check the frequent flyer numbers you entered and try again. If you continue to have difficulties remove the frequent flyer numbers and call your local Qantas Office on completion of your booking.

Also I'm still intermittently getting some sale dates show in Chinese on the domestic sale pages. Asian outsourcing anyone? :p
