Hi all

I can't seem to do OLCI on the iPhone. Just gets stuck in a circular loop telling me I need to accept cookies and log in to check in - i do that and it tells me to log in again. This is using qantas.com that then redirects to their mobile website.

I am using OS6.01 on an iPhone 4S.

Any thoughts or do I just email QF?

Ive had this and worked out how it get around it. Let me think to try to remember what I did.

I've tried this using both safari and also the original qantas app, which is just the mobile website.

I can log in either on the full site or the mobile site. Once logged in it takes me back to the mobile site. I then go back to home (if required) scroll to the bottom and select the link to Qantas.com - the full website. Once that loads I am logged in and can view my bookings and do seat selection.

I think another option is to do manage your booking from the full website, rather than log in, and that should work as well.

I didn't realise my directions were useless. I use the qantas iPhone app, on the left in the picture, this is the same as the mobile website qantas.com.au/mobile

Then login using the top option.

Once logged in swipe to the bottom and select the qantas.com option. This will then take you to the full website and you should be logged in. Zoom in and the usual account options will be on the right, ie Your Bookings.

You can also use the app domestic check in option but that doesn't allow you to change seats.

Oh I would have actually logged in but the website is having issues.

Used the Iphone for OLCI in Perth today and even though it works OK and loads in passbook if there are two of you travelling you cannot select both ( on same PNR ) so the whole process is somewhat coughbersome and took me 5 minutes or more to complete OLCI and have the boarding passes loaded into passbook.... whereas if I had access to a printer then OLCI for two takes no more than a minute...I think that I will use the OLCI process with my PC/Laptop in future :)

You don't really need a printer. Just check in via the full website and either use your QFF card if you have status or get them to reprint a BP.

true and I do that but was really wanting to see if technology could improve the experience:)

I have been very disappointed with the mobile check-in on Jetstar of late.

It never used to work, so what would happen is when they called boarding, they would ask all passengers who did SMS check in to come to the desk and they woudl re-issue boarding passes and scan you straight through away from the general line. There were only ever a handful of pax with the mobile check-in so they would push you straight through and no waiting.

Then a terrible thing happened. The bloody system started to work as it was intended. Now I have to line up with all other pax and board as normal!!

The problem seems to be that I can't log in using the mobile website - even if I put in my PIN it just keeps referring back to this:
