Don't hold your breath. I used one of them earlier in the year, then booked a large amount of travel yesterday in the sale, and then when I emailed them to check something, they "investigated" my account and have revoked Platinum status. Wish I'd just booked with Hilton instead of trying out someone new!

Same here. New to ACCOR thought I would give them a go after a few bad Hilton (Gold) stays. Made some bookings on latest sale and find Platinum status gone and all my points.

Should have stuck with Hilton.

If you've got a freebie platinum, don't contact them. They started a crackdown a few months ago. And a few people that have emailed enquiring about the new platinum lounge access have had replies telling them their accounts are closed. Don't contact them.
