JAL award inventory

Looking for some JAL award flights from PVG-CTS (or TYO, KIX, cough, NGO) - does anyone know what the booking classes are? E/F doesn't seem to have any details.

Also, any chance of QFF waiving the 2,500 pts telephone assisted booking fee? Since their award booking website doesn't show up any options.

When do you want them? I found plenty of availability on Award Nexus for random dates in February.

Looking for outbound leg (PVG->) for 19/2 and returning 27/2 (or 26/2). Ideally to CTS, but otherwise any other main hub is ok (eg. TYO, KIX, cough) - I can get one of those OW Visit Japan Passes to connect to CTS. Actually probably will be "cheaper" to get to one of the other airports since PVG-CTS falls into the next mileage bracket for Partner Awards and is an extra 6,000 pts each way...

On those dates, everything it comes up with to CTS requires an overnight stay and/or an airport change in Osaka or Tokyo. And it seems to produce different results for one way searches vs returns, so it's a bit painful. I found these anyway:

Incidentally found that u can actually register for JL's JMB FF program (for free), login, then search for award availability - still can't quite figure the award booking classes when reconciling to E/F though.
