JASA flight change on the day

Any experiences on this?

Likely going to miss the CBR-SYD 955 jet service and wondering what will happen when I rock up at the j lounge and ask to be put on the next flight.

Rang qff and they want $200 to put me on a later dash flight!

Various members have reported flight changes are easy at the lounge, not many have done it after missing their flight so you might be in new territory in that respect!

QF are pretty good at this kinda stuff you should be fine! Good luck.

It can vary - you tend to get better service in the JL.

They do have some discretion and if loads are light it is often OK. Of course, there's no guarantees and you could have been SOL.

Agreed - I got lucky, was prepared to pay for a flight back to SYD (or pay the change fee) and hope they'd allow -SYD-HBA sector.

Alls well that ends well.....I would have made it even with the delay had there not been a 20min queue to take off at SYD - literally taxiing into to CBR watching my QF 734 pushing back

This flight ended up crediting as discount economy....fortunately the QFF was most helpful in crediting the remaining pts and SC today
