I have tried to book a one way JASA CDK-BNE, however before I can select flights it gives me the spiel:

"After you have completed your booking you will need to visit one of our offices below within two working days for credit card and signature verification. Your ticket will be issued once your credit card has been sighted." (note that all offices are in Indonesia and I am in Aus)

I haven't followed the booking any further than the list of available flights.

As it will be all points (i.e. not points plus pay) anyone had any experience of whether the CC verification is still required?

We saw the same thing booking award flights from DPS. I think this is only for online bookings, and they don't worry about it if you book over the phone, but they wouldn't waive the assisted booking fee for us.

Is it a Qantas office that you can visit as opposed to an agent as in BKK, if so then often you can just fax a copy of the card, given you are not using a card then it should not be an issue.
