Jetstar and FF points

I remember reading somewhere that there was talk of awarding FF points and SC's on all JQ tickets not just on Jetflex tickets and also talk on a JQ FF scheme?

I can't find where is was, but do anyone else remember it?

I noticed this tonight when I went to the JQ website to look up a fare:




however clicking on it brings up a page cannot be found.

Any whispers?

If you google, the pages still exist on the JQ website...perhaps something broke in the links. IIRC some of the JQ links have stopped working for me before too

I don't believe anything has changed. Qantas don't want PAX to earn points/Status on the cheaper JQ fares if they can avoid it. Otherwise those NZ residents travelling JQ within TLOTLWC would still be earning SC's.

It's funny as some of the cheap QF fares are the same or cheaper. And it's annoying when QF don't fly to some places and JQ is the only option.
