Hello this is my first post, It has been a few years since I flew Perth-Bangkok on Jetstar via Changi, When I last did it you had to go through immigration get your luggage and check back in Again. Is that still the case? Their website is a little unclear on this matter . Do they allow it if it is on the same ticket?. I guess I could call them but I thought I would ask here first.
I recently did the Air Asia "fly through" thing Perth-KL-Bangkok. My bags were checked through OK and you didn't have to check back in But the facilities at The LCT in Kuala Lumpur are 2nd rate when compared to Changi or Suvarnabhumi. After a 5 hour flight from Perth i had to walk in the heat or wet over a large uncovered tarmac area and stand for an hour in a que to be processed through 1 x-ray machine into the waiting room for the next flight departure at least at Suvarnabhumi they lay on a Bus for you.
Any thoughts appreciated
