In an e-mail I got from Jetstar today I got the offer highlighted below (which I've put together from the e-mail and the linked web page).
Apart from reducing the annual fee to zero, the standard Mastercard now has some of the benefits previously exclusive to the Platinum Card.
Seems like a pretty good deal if one uses Jetstar a lot - and I think their Dreamliners are great.
Regards,
Renato

Also are you able to provide the URL?

I have this card and I want to apply for an additional card for my partner, no link on the site and can’t apply online, anyone have a PDF application for this?
