Hi all,
I have a Jetstar/JAL reward booking on qantas points and today I got a notification that one of the jetstar flights had changed by 5 minutes.
The usual email came through saying these changes have been automatically updated, I don't need to do anything, and an updated e-ticket will be on the way.
I have yet to receive an updated e-ticket and there is conflicting information from different sources so I was wondering whether I need an updated e-ticket.
Resending the itinerary on MMB shows the old flight timing and e-ticket number. CMT shows the e-ticket number for all flights, with a note on the changed flight stating that 'your flight may have changes'. RJ.com shows the new flight timings with the e-ticket number.
Given this information, do I need to request a new e-ticket?
