Fell off my chair this morning doing a price beat booking, the JQ CC Rep was friendly, knowledgable and helpful
It definetely felt like they have stepped up their Call Centre management programme.
- Knew the answers to all my questions and the terms of the price beat offer
- Reconfirmed all details including spelling of words where required
- Friendly "chit chat" to fill the silent moments
- Confirmed I understood about international flying (LAGs, Check-In Cutoff, Departure Terminal)
It definetely felt like they have stepped up their Call Centre management programme.
