Fell off my chair this morning doing a price beat booking, the JQ CC Rep was friendly, knowledgable and helpful :eek:

  1. Knew the answers to all my questions and the terms of the price beat offer
  2. Reconfirmed all details including spelling of words where required
  3. Friendly "chit chat" to fill the silent moments
  4. Confirmed I understood about international flying (LAGs, Check-In Cutoff, Departure Terminal)

It definetely felt like they have stepped up their Call Centre management programme.

Did you get a domestic CC person or the offshore Phillipino centre? I have never had good service from the Philippines CC.
