Hi all

I have a ticket booked on Jetstar from MEL to KIX via CNS in late April, but am now reconsidering my plans. As it's a Jetsaver ticket, destination changes are not permitted.

I am thinking of just going to CNS, and forfeit the remaining part of the ticket.

My question is, when I check in in MEL, are the bags tagged to KIX, or only to CNS?

Thanks.

They would be checked all the way through.

Can you change it to give yourself a stopover in CNS and then no show the second flight :?:

Damn!

I've been reading here. JQ Domestic to JQ International, says baggage transfer not provided.

Maybe I misinterpreted your original post.

Are you flying on a JQ domestic flight to CNS then on a separate PNR from CNS to KIX :?:

If that is the case then they probably will not transfer luggage. Having said all that if there are still issues in KIX at the time of the flight then maybe JQ will offer alternatives.

It's the same PNR with two flights listed on it.

I'm likely to postpone the flight and pay the change fee and fly something else this time.
