JQ Redemptions Unavailable From QFF Online?

I'm sure I've managed to view JQ redemption options previously after being redirected from the QFF website.

Now all it does is crash on the redirect it seems

Anyone else having this issue? Trying to book a 3K ASA HKG-SIN.

Perhaps try calling up. Let them know that you are having serious problems booking online and see if they will refund the 2500pt booking fee for you.

I think the roots of this problem work back to JQ's upgrade to NewSkies v3.3 last Friday.

I was having trouble getting past the 'Passenger' page on Saturday and Sunday. It required EVERY text field on the page to be filled in, but on some of them that just isn't practical (i.e. The ABN/QBN field and Address 2 & 3 etc.) but they appear to have fixed that
