Just Curious- When does the batch job run to credit the SC's and points into account

Hey all,

Just curious to understand what time does the batch job run to credit the SC's and Points into your account ? Is it the midnight after you board your flight ? or midnight after your flight arrives or some other time.

The Velocity systems seem to update around midnight GMT, which is mid-morning on the east coast.

As for which day individual flights end up being processed, I've never personally been able to to discern a pattern. Sometimes my inbound flight posts the day before my outbound, sometimes the outbound flight takes one day to post and the inbound takes four.

My personal best was a flight for which I held a boarding pass, but ultimately did not board - points and SCs were posted eight hours before the scheduled departure time!

Mine are credited 2-3 days after my flights or after I've claimed them manually.

Usually two days no more than four.... Sometimes it is delayed over the weekend/outside normal business hours, other times it goes like a charm like normal!

That's what has been like for me anyway!
