So no BP to keep Virgin FF active.
Points from Citi bank CC still an option.
Flybuys.....um no don't want that.

What is the cheapest way to keep account open.....still 18 months before closing?

I have asked this before but cannot find thread or PM......

Family pooling no longer keeps acount active as per website from 2016!
As of 2016 still 24 months before usage/add

Family pooling would do the trick also.
Family Transfers don't keep accounts active. Family Pooling does.

One could transfer 1000 Flybuys points for 500 Velocity.

I'd say Ola is a pretty easy option. Just occasionally use it instead of Uber. It's usually the same price as Uber or a bit cheaper. In my experience the points post within minutes of the ride ending.
