Hey guys,

I flew LAN rencently, just wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes for FF points and SC's to be posted to a QFF account?

Which leg, there have been reports of most having to follow up the AKL-SYD credit while the opposite leg seems to credit with no hitches.

That was also my experience on a recent trip. I was told by QF that they were currently investigating why this happened so often.

I agree with the others here and from personal experience. Almost without exception the SYD-AKL legs posts straight away (2-4 days) and almost without exception you need to ring QF FF and get them to follow up for you.

Don't lose the boarding passes.

The flights were SYD-AKL return over the weekend. So far, I have not received any points/credits.

I have retained the boarding passes, sounds like I will need to follow up with QF, is this difficult?

My South American sectors posted within a week to AA.

AKL-SYD didn't credit quickly. I emailed the QFF centre after 3 days with a scan of my BP, and called them after 5. They looked up the email over the phone and the points/SC's credited there and then.

Hey Sprucegoose, no, I am not WP, only Gold. The flights were great, I flew Business as I needed a SC boost (hopefully I will actually get the SC's...) so the almost lie flat beds were very nice.

I stayed at the Mercure on Customs Street. Not a bad hotel at a very decent price - rooms were small though.

I will give QF a call tomorrow if I have not been credited.
