LATAM booking Failing at payment

New to forum; Hi!

Trying to book LATAM Sydney-Sao Paulo return full flex business ticket, after payment getting following screen (tried app, web, clear cookies, different browsers);

"The flight you have chosen is no longer available
We have more options for you! Choose another flight and travel to the destination you had in mind"

Tried many times and every single time same flights showing as available
Paying with 28" MC
Any ideas how to make this work?

That’s sounds frustrating but I suspect the website isn’t triggering the 2FA to pay with MC ie there should be a popup or window to enter a code that you should receive by text.

Are you using the LA website or or 3rd party?

How are you trying to book it, via which site?

I've bought discounted fares in the past which weren't actually available, the site I was using had some lag meaning all available tickets were already sold & yet the site was still selling tickets, and then the sales were failing. Spoke to a very helpful chap in New York, who called me to try & fix it.

That’s possibly the issue. There should be a MC security check to process the payment. I get that all the time I use 28° online (successfully). There have been occasions where it doesn’t go through.

Can you try a different browser or even a LA app?

If not, you might have more luck with an OTA (Expedia etc). Although I always prefer to book direct where possible.

LATAM has the most buggy website and the user experience is truly awful.

I would suggest calling them.

I had trouble booking some intra-south American flights with LATAM on website, called their AU customer service and was able to get what I needed over the phone. Maybe try calling.

Otherwise look for a good TA.
