Hi All

New post to AFF to introduce myself, although I have been actively reading (studying) members tips and advice for a while now. Travel is a gift to be cherished and is enhanced by the effort you put in before you leave. AFF certainly goes a long way to leveling the playing field (or minefield) of airlines rules, regulations and T & C's. Thanks to all who take the time to share their knowledge and advice to help others like me.

Look forward to sharing my tips and experiences a long the way.

Thanks

Welcome aboard scotus, rest assured that no one here will judge you for enjoying travelling. Indeed we will vicariously share our journeys and tips to improve the travel experience.

Welcome to AFF where you always get treated as a WP1 for life

Have fun travelling to your destinations

Just remember the first million frequent flyer points are the hardest.
If you get addicted just try to act normal and most of your friends won't mind you sitting in First or Business while they are in Economy (unless it is your partner).

Hi scotus,

Welcome to AFF.

AFF certainly goes a long way to leveling the playing field

I hope not...as I actually like the uneven playing field as it creates opportunities..............

I prefer to think of it more as knowledge creates opportunity, and action reward.

An even playing field would, shock horror, mean returning to back end of the plane
