Hi All, have searched on this one but can't find anything.

I'm Life Time Silver and have just gone past my annual anniversary date where was expecting my balance of 550 SCs to go back to zero.

Logging in today, I still have 550 SCs and now 11 months, 3 weeks, 6 days to get another 150 SCs to hit gold.

Is this how things work if you're at LTS or is there a lag between the anniversary date and SCs going back to zero?

Hopefully this is what is meant to happen as LTS so I can hit Platinum this year instead of just getting back to gold!

Thanks will give it a week or so and report back on whether this is lag on updates or how things work for LTS

I've just logged in to mine and my Teen's accounts today (I'm WP with 30/9 end date and the Teen was SG with 30/9 end date).

Both of our statuses are accurate (WP for me and LTS for the Teen), but SCs haven't been wiped yet. I'm also waiting to see if the Teen's status anniversary adjusts back to what they used to have before I made them PG years ago.

Ok so yes, jumped the gun here and SC balance back to zero for start of the new year today. Surprising the system takes 3+ days for this to update!

How would it be surprising that it takes a few days? It's like closing the month-end or year-end books in finance: in a well-run and efficient operation it's done in a day or two, including any reconciliations that can be done. An inefficient operation could easily take a week or two.

If the QFF system & process gets the membership year ends always right (OK, >99.9% of accounts processed right), including exceptions like status rollovers in the past few years, it works pretty nicely. The only time when you'd wish the process to have a quick throughput is when you are waiting for your status to upgrade before an imminent flight. Otherwise, the time would be of less relevance and you'd expect reliability / accuracy from the process output, instead.

It's the consistent reliability / accuracy / correctness of the operations that's an Achille's heel for QF.

Mine is still showing last year’s sc’s. I have my fingers crossed. Pointless I know but it would allow me to get to P1! I can dream.

well, it was surprising to me. Main thing was it looked like all my previous years SCs had all rolled over as the new target date was a year out and SCs to hit next level of status were the gap i left at end of membership year.

Does make more sense if you think about it like a financial year end needing some time to finalise but that's now how I was thinking obviously.

Hope is a cruel thing though, was looking like a good year to get my status back up!
