Really don’t understand how this could happen, you would think someone would have noticed the strap?
I will admit I don’t like sitting next the propellers, if a strap can pierce the frame, what would a piece of a prop do?

A strap used to secure a propeller overnight was not removed and pierced the side of the plane shortly after take-off.
