Hi everyone,

I was kindly transferred a lounge invitation, which I am trying to link to my Qantas flight which departs Thursday from Melbourne Tullamarine.
I am following the quick guide on the Qantas website, but underneath the invitations part there is no option to link the invitation with my flight.
I've tried to log out and back in several times, but without luck.
Could this be because the Qantas Club Lounge is closed and the Qantas Business lounge only is open?
It says under the eligibility that If a Qantas Club lounge is closed and a Business lounge is open in that same airport, you’ll be able to access the Business lounge if capacity limits haven’t been met.

I called Qantas, and the customer service person said he couldn't link it for me, but he'd call me back with a possible solution.

I guess it's no big deal, but I haven't flown since 2019, and it would have been nice visiting a lounge :)

A family member had the same problem recently. My guess is they're not allowing lounge passes to be used in Melbourne due to the Qantas Club being currently closed.

On the lounge invite page, it say:
Eligible lounges will be shown when linking an invitation.

Thanks levelnine, that makes sense.
