I Have a flight Perth to Vegas on United and code share is Qantas because United doesnt fly from Perth.
With liquid limits will I be allowed Duty free alcohol as carry on on the domestic legs both ways given immigration will be done in Sydney and LAX not Perth or Vegas.

Also what happens to baggage limits? It was all purchased as one ticket but will i be restricted to the 20kg on the Australian domestic legs or will baggage fly through with the USA higher baggage limits?

Cheers.

Domestic US flights have liquid restrictions as per our Internationals

Another question.

On Uniteds site they say there is a baggage charge of $25 per checked bag on domestic flights, international flights there is no charge.

So if we land in LAX first it will mean clearing customs there so will we have to pay to check our bags on the LA to Vegas leg even though the ticket was bought as Perth to Las Vegas?
