It's my first time posting here, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but in case it hasn't,
I was trying to put together SYD-HND-GMP/ICN-CTU, was told over the phone that GMP/ICN can not be booked under one ticket. I requested a confirmation of this in writing, which came through my email, so here it is:
Dear Mr. Chen,
It is my pleasure to greet you.
Concerning your request, our specialized department has confirmed that they were able to reach you by phone, during the call they informed you that it is not possible to book the below reservation, since you are requesting to arrive and depart from different airports; which is not allowed, even if they are both located in the same city.
The aforementioned policy, was consulted with our Avianca analyst, whom confirmed that this itinerary cannot be booked on a single reservation. Let us remind you that according to our terms and conditions:
We appreciate your comprehension and valuable time.

On a side note, they also informed us that they will be calling you back in order to verify the new proposed itinerary and confirm if you decide to process the payment. We recommend you to be aware of their call.
