Log in issues?

Is it just me? I've been getting this consistently for the last day or so......and it's not even the weekend yet!

No issues like this for me, however i have had the issue that the log in button at the top of the HHonors has been missing on and off for weeks, so now I'm just going direct to a seperate log in URL.
 
Interesting. I'm still getting the message posted above. It's been about two days now.

The missing login button happens to me on a regular basis. I usually just go to a different page (like HH rather than H).
 
I had the same issue today on my iPhone but was able to use the go back button on Safari Browser and then forward button to then log in without issues. Strange but already offering higher rates the second time but salvaged the issue by choosing use prior choice option.
 
It's affecting some users including me for the past 3 days :( HH support are aware of it and trying to resolve, but in the meantime it's very frustrating and no ETA on resolution.

Ive not be able to find any workarounds or back doors to overcome the authentication issue.

Hmmm, I'm glad it's not just me. I've tried a few back door routes as well, but none work. I'm just wondering if it'll all be stuffed up by the time we can re-access!
 
Swanning, and any others affected by this issue, did you by any chance happen to partake in the Diamond status match recently, especially in the last week or so using the (still working) alternative link? I did, and I'm just wondering if that has something to do with it.

No. No alternate links except the "promo registration" for the double points......but that was after the login problem started and that seemed to work (at least it did advise me that I registered successfully).

Interesting, I registered for that promo literally the second it was announced via an FT thread/BoardingArea article. I wonder if that promo link was momentarily incorrect and may be the source of the issues. Can't see any other common themes here without knowing other's HH account activity.

FWIW, I never received an email confirmation for the promo. U?

No email notification, just the webpage reloaded to a screen advising that my registration was successful. Other activity has been a H-CNS stay and a H-Tokyo booking (using the US Para page).

Aside from promo reg, the only account activity I've made in the last 4-5 days was to change the CC on an upcoming H-CNS stay next week.

Still can't login using Chrome or IE on my PC or Safari on iPad. Had a recent stay at DT-MEL (checked-out Sat 30th) and haven't been able to login since.

No issues with the hhonors App tho. Hmmmm

I got hold of them this morning via the "chat" function and the guy reset my account and issued a new password. I have to wait until I'm home to get the email he sent so I haven't been able to try it yet, but he did say I should use a mobile phone rather than desktop/laptop as their having trouble resetting via that mode :shock:. Great for me, as the phone is basically useless unless using the H-App with wifi works. All seems pretty bloody odd. They've done something and now can't fix it and are doing a reset which can't use the internet login........nah, nothing wrong there.
 
I cant login using my laptop (windows 7) but can with my Mac (safari)

Happened to me as well last week. I was checking airline partners and transferring points. Like you I moved to another page and I could continue.
 
Success! And about F*}%}#g time. Absolutely pathetic for such a huge organization who is driven by sales/bookings from loyal members.
 
Unsuccessful. Still having issues. :( I had to start booking process again a few times to ensure booking originated from MrRebates.
