Logging in to AA website

I joined AAdvantage about a month ago and every time I try to log in with my AAdvantage number it says it is incorrect. Then it lets me log in by using my email address instead. My AAdvantage number is on the website once I have logged in and it is the same one I always try to log in with.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yep - I get that too - just press enter again and it should work - well it does for me

Thanks for that. I entered it a second time after getting the incorrect message and it worked. I had been wary of doing this in case I got locked out of the account.

Seems to depend on which Login page you start from also.
