London drinky! [JAN 24th]

[armtwists]Surely LON is just a rather doable cheapo hop away for an evening drink on the vast array of LCCs or even BA ET plying from wherever your good self is based in Eastern Europe? ;)[/armtwists]

LOL I would under the normal circumstance, but I have a flight booked to Milan the next afternoon, and there's no way of getting to LON on 24th and getting back in time for the flight. I did think about it, honestly! I even thought about extending my stay in London to 24th but that doesn't help either, because it would involve me booking a new flight from LON to Milan and I'd get a "have you finally gone mad?" look at home.

I shall put this down to bad timing and look forward to the next one.

Thanks QF - what an enticing invitation, but I will miss by about a week not being able to change some of the Aussie day preparations.
